Dear Friends of Bullington Gardens,
These are interesting times right now folks. One important thing to remember during this time is what we can still do with our downtime. We can still enjoy our homes. We can still garden. We can still talk to friends and family members through our phones and computers. And we can still walk through and admire the beauty of nature.
We at Bullington Gardens understand the uncertainty surrounding this new world we are in, but we encourage all of you to get out, take a stroll through our garden, admire the spring plants emerging after the long winter, breathe in the fresh air provided by our gorgeous trees and most importantly remember that nature soothes in times of stress.
We are taking the health of visitors very seriously and are diligently cleaning & disinfecting surfaces and practicing social distancing on our twelve-acre property. There is plenty of room to roam about without ever coming into contact with another soul. We are also utilizing technology to stream classes so we can continue to avoid too many people in one space.
Another concern to address is our Spring Plant Sale, our biggest sale of the year and one of our most important fundraisers. We are working on contingency plans for our sale that may include scheduled time slot shopping to decrease the amount of people shopping at any one time, online ordering, phone orders and pickup delivered directly to your car with no contact payments. None of these contingency plans are ideal and we appreciate your patience as we try to adapt to this new situation. We encourage you to get back to us with your ideas. What will help you the most in choosing how you buy your spring plants?
