February 2019 Updates

02/25/2019 by Bullington Gardens

Wow, Bullington Gardens has the best volunteers, visitors and friends! Thanks to you, a lot of our spring classes are full. We still have a few openings for the classes and may even hold another pruning class due to high demand.

February 12th was our annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon. We had a full house with homemade soups, salads, desserts and lots of laughs with our beloved volunteers. We sure feel lucky to have them!

We’re gearing up for Spring and have a lot of exciting events planned for our visitors, students and friends. Our super spring sale will take place at the end of April with a large selection of unique plants for your garden. On June 8th, we will have our first ever Diggin’ it at Bold Rock fundraiser at Bold Rock Cidery in Mills River. This event will feature live music from Eric Congdon and Paul McIntire, activities for all ages and a food truck. Be sure to add it to your calendar!
