Nature can be a wonderful teacher, and a tool we can use to reflect on certain seasons of life. During this class, participants will learn how certain plants prepare for cycles of growth and seasonal shifts. At the end of the class, participants will be invited to reflect on their own lives by noticing what season they are in and gain inspiration for how to prepare for times of change.
